The privacy policy of Ryzowy.

Plain-English. Auditable. Sovereign over your own learning.

What we collect

To run an account: an email, an optional Post-Egypt name, a password hash, and a record of your subscription state. To run the Camp: the posts and replies you make in rooms you have access to. To run the artifact engine: the source-rooted artifacts you ask it to build, stored against your account so you can return to them.

We collect age band — not date of birth — so we can route minors appropriately. We collect your covenant signature — path, posture, consents — because the Camp's structural law requires it.

What we do not collect

We do not collect ad-tracking identifiers. We do not sell or syndicate any data. We do not analyse your reflections to train third-party models. We do not store raw IP addresses against your chat history; rate-limit buckets are keyed on a salted hash that rotates daily.

Soul documents

Some artifacts — teshuvah journals, returnee journals, identity reflections, inner-architecture maps — are soul documents. They default to private, never auto-publish, and require a two-step confirmation to share even within a household. Custodians cannot read soul documents without your explicit consent on a per-artifact basis.

Subprocessors

Anthropic (the LLM behind Ask Ryzowy and the artifact engine). Stripe (subscription billing). Resend / Postmark (transactional email). Vercel (hosting). Turso (database). Redis (rate-limit and ephemeral caches). We use no advertising or analytics platforms that profile users.

Your rights

You may export your account, your saved chats, and your artifacts at any time from /chat/library. You may delete your account from your account dashboard; deletion is queued and irrevocable after the grace window. Soul documents are deleted along with the account.

Minors

Camp v1 is reserved for adult learners (18+). Younger learners may use Threshold-level study tools — source sheets, vocabulary, study plans, questions for a rabbi. Family Mode (the Bayit household product) and parental-consent flows for under-13 (COPPA) and under-16 (GDPR) are documented in our parental-consent page and arrive in v2.

Contact

Privacy questions, data requests, corrections — reach us through /contact. We answer in plain English, in the person of a custodian who can act on the request.
